Spectrum Health Systems, Inc., a longtime not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing a comprehensive continuum of addiction treatment throughout Massachusetts, announces today the appointment of Mina O’Hearn as its new Chief Financial Officer.

O’Hearn brings over 15 years of financial management experience to her new position, including numerous roles working in both large and small organizations. As Spectrum’s CFO, she will be responsible for financial reporting, strategic financial planning and analysis, budget management and contract development.

O’Hearn most recently served as the CFO at Dhaliwal Labs in Dallas, TX and Bedford Park, IL for six years. Her other previous positions include VP of Planning and Analysis at Commonwealth Annuity in Southborough, Mass.; Director of Business Planning at Biogen Idec in Cambridge, Mass. and VP at JPMorgan Chase in New York and Chicago.
