Spectrum Health Systems Strengthens Management Team with Laura Montoya’s Promotion to Executive HR Director

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc., an innovative non-profit provider of evidence-based treatment for substance use and mental health disorders, today announced the promotion of Laura Montoya to Executive Director of Human Resources. In this role, Montoya will help execute the organization’s human resources strategy, supporting continued growth and strengthening the organization’s workforce as it expands services and offerings throughout the state.

Montoya has been with Spectrum for nearly 20 years, serving in various Human Resources roles and demonstrating a consistent commitment to operational excellence and organizational culture. As Executive Director of Human Resources, Montoya will oversee all HR functions, including strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, and operations. She will help shape Spectrum’s culture, drive HR innovation, and support the organization’s strategic priorities in 2026.
