Spectrum’s Community Impact Initiative is an employee-driven program that provides financial support to non-profit partners across Massachusetts. Spectrum staff are invited to submit nominations to the Community Impact Committee which is comprised of employees and board members and has the responsibility for selecting the grant recipients. Twice a year, Spectrum awards grants to organizations helping address substance use, mental health, food insecurity, housing, domestic violence and other critical needs within our local communities. To date, Spectrum has awarded nearly $1.5 million in grants to 169 non-profit organizations since the initiative began.
“Our work is rooted in the belief that recovery and well-being are strongest when communities thrive. These partnerships help create stronger support networks and meaningful, lasting change for the people we serve.” – Kurt Isaacson, CEO
