Local College Partnerships Deliver Key Employee Benefits

Spectrum’s educational benefits, in conjunction with strategic partnerships with local colleges, provide our employees and their families with a variety of options for growing their careers as well as achieving a satisfying work/life balance.

Our educational assistance benefit includes tuition reimbursement for any accredited and approved degree programs. Employees also receive extra benefit by enrolling in courses through our strategic local partners. This popular program, offering discounts of 10 to 25% on tuition for select courses along with preferred application status, is currently available through the following colleges:

  • Regis College, located in Weston, Mass., is renowned for programs like Master of Nursing Practice, Doctor of Nursing Practice, MA in Counseling, Master of Social Work, MS or Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), as well as progressive programs like an Accelerated 24-month BSN for non-nursing college graduates. Regis also has certificate programs for post-masters’ students, as well as several Bachelor Completion programs.
  • Fisher College in Boston is a nonprofit educational institution with 120 years of providing higher education in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education. Fisher offers a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Leadership, Bachelor’s and associate degrees, and certificates.
  • Anna Maria College in Paxton, Mass., provides exceptional professional programsat all degree levels, especially in community-oriented professions. Anna Maria’s curriculum combines liberal arts and sciences education with a focus on career preparation and advancement.
